About.
Sankram is a self-improvement app designed to help users build consistency, discipline, and balance across mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The app offers personalized routines, mood tracking, and motivational insights to guide users on their journey of personal growth. Through an engaging and user-friendly interface, Sankram encourages daily reflection, mindfulness, and positive habit formation. It connects users with a supportive community, promoting shared progress and encouragement. The design focuses on simplicity, empathy, and visual storytelling, making self-improvement an enjoyable and consistent part of everyday life.
Challenge.
One of the main challenges in developing Sankram was balancing multiple aspects of self-improvement—mental health, physical wellness, and discipline—within a single, easy-to-use platform. Defining a structure that felt both personalized and simple for users with different goals required extensive user research and testing. Another challenge was maintaining engagement without overwhelming users, which led to the integration of gamified elements and visual motivation cues. Ensuring emotional sensitivity in mental health content while keeping the tone positive and encouraging was also a key design consideration throughout the process.
Result.
The Sankram app effectively enhanced user engagement in self-improvement activities, with 85% of test users reporting better consistency in daily habits. The app’s personalized approach helped users reduce stress, improve focus, and stay motivated. User feedback highlighted the app’s intuitive design, calming visuals, and helpful reminders as key factors in sustaining progress. Overall, Sankram successfully created a positive, motivating space for users to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally.
